“You get out what you put in.” For Brigid Prio, that philosophy has fueled a career defined by hard work, trust, and exceptional results. As one of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty’s top-producing Realtors, Brigid has earned a coveted spot in the Chairman’s Club since 2016 and ranked #7 Individual Agent company-wide in 2024. Her success has been built one referral at a time, thanks to her reputation for integrity, market knowledge, and unmatched client service.
Brigid is known as a true Go-Giver—someone who leads with generosity, positivity, and professionalism. Her commitment to quality over quantity ensures every client receives her full attention, expert negotiation skills, and a hands-on approach. With a 100% five-star client review record, she has cultivated lifelong relationships and a referral base that keeps her consistently busy while still allowing her to deliver the personal care every client deserves.
Real estate runs in Brigid’s blood. She inherited her passion and skills from her late mother, Elly Chovel, a respected top-producing Realtor in Miami for nearly 30 years and the founder of Operation Pedro Pan Group. In honor of her community contributions, Southeast 15th Road off Brickell Avenue is now known as Elly Chovel Road.
Always ahead of the curve, Brigid and her husband, Carlos, co-founded reelestates.com in 1997—the first virtual tour provider in the U.S.—and pioneered the use of video marketing in luxury real estate. With over 15,000 property videos produced, she brings a unique edge to presenting and marketing homes. Combined with her background in fine arts, expertise in staging, copywriting, photography, and digital strategy, Brigid delivers a marketing approach that consistently maximizes exposure and results.
Deeply rooted in Miami, Brigid lives in Coral Gables, where she was raised, and focuses on the city’s most sought-after communities including Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Miami, and Pinecrest. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from SUNY Purchase and is a proud alumna of Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart and member of Epiphany Church.
Family is central to Brigid’s life and her network. Married for over 30 years, she and Carlos have three children whose school communities have shaped many of her closest client relationships. Her oldest son, Max, graduated from Belen Jesuit and her daughter graduated from Carrollton. They both got finance degrees from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and now live and work in Miami. Her youngest, Paco, was Student Council President at Belen and is now part of the Wharton School, Class of 2026 at the University of Pennsylvania.
For Brigid, excellence isn’t just a goal—it’s a standard. She considers it an honor and privilege to serve as a trusted real estate advisor, dedicated to helping every client achieve success.
